Start from the evidence tier, not the trend
An ingredient earns its place with human trials at the dose we can actually fit in the bottle. Mechanistic promise alone gets a note in the Ingredient Research Tool — not a spot on the label.
One formula per job, stackable by design
Each product is built around one organ system. Doses are set so the daily stack stays inside safe totals — magnesium, nitrate, iodine, fat-solubles — and the Build Your Stack tool enforces those limits for you.
Irritants and one-offs stay standalone
Berberine, high-dose garlic, melatonin and the like are never buried in a combination formula where you cannot adjust them.
Versioned like software
Every formula starts at Version 2.0. When the evidence moves, the formula moves — announced as 2.1, 2.2 — and the changelog on every product page says exactly what changed and why.
